Fertilized egg also name as "BALUT"

Balut is a fertilized duck egg, with a partially formed fetus inside. It is usually eaten by cracking open the shell and drinking the fluid. Then fetus is seasoned with salt and pepper, and eaten raw. These eggs can be commonly found in the Philippines and other parts of Southeast Asia.(from 10 strangest snacks of www.oddee.com)

Actually BALUT is has a highly-protein and often eaten with salt.And in the adult saying the BALUT is good for strong knees.Sometime BALUT are used for medical purposes like low blood.

    This is a very interesting post! Actually, BALUT isn't just for street food anymore. It has made it's way into the main stream market. I went to the franchise fair last weekend and I saw a franchise stall selling BALUT and other stuff.
