In Smokey Mountain there is another form of scavenging and it is by water. People who are tired of going to some other places to gather bottles and anything that would sell to junk shop are make a solution. It is quite easy and fast.
In this picture they used about a large quantity of Styrofoam to make them float in water. Using this Styrofoam to float and a small piece of wood to paddle and the sack for the bottles and anything they get on water.
Filipino is naturally smart i say but sometimes they use it to a bad and wrong purposes. But somehow they are very creative and hardworking for there family.
I agree! Filipinos are very creative, proven by this very interesting post. Imagine, making a "boat" made of Styrofoam and plywood.
